A 120 sqm apartment was renovated completely, in order to turn it to be suitable as a vacation apartment for foreign residents. The bathrooms and guest toilets were redesigned, to upgrade and modernize them. The ceilings throughout the apartment were lowered for smart, decorative hidden lighting and the light switches were upgraded. The apartment was upgraded with new special fittings and fixtures, such as new kitchen cupboards and special wood works. The power closet was concealed with wall covers.
